1. Introduction
These Terms of Use ("Terms") are entered into by and between you and Immortal Biohealth ("Immortal", "we" or "us"). These Terms govern your access to and use of Immortal.shop (the "Site"). PLEASE NOTE: The “Dispute Resolution” section of these Terms contains an arbitration clause that requires disputes to be arbitrated on an individual basis, prohibiting class action claims. These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
17. Entire Agreement
These Terms, along with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Immortal regarding the use of the Site.
